Terms & Conditions for Participants – Voice of Gujarat

1. Introduction
Welcome to Voice of Gujarat, the ultimate singing talent competition. By registering and participating in the competition, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure fairness, transparency, and a positive experience for all participants.
2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Participants must be legal residents of India and provide valid proof of identity.

  • The minimum age for participation is [mention age] years (if applicable). Minors must submit parental/legal guardian consent.

  • Participants must not have any existing recording contracts or legal obligations that conflict with the competition.

3. Registration & Entry

  • All participants must complete the official registration form on the Voice of Gujarat website.

  • The information provided must be accurate and truthful. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.

  • Registration does not guarantee selection. The selection process is solely based on the discretion of the organizers and judges.

4. Audition & Selection Process

  • Auditions will be conducted through online submissions or live auditions (as per event format).

  • Judges’ decisions at all stages of the competition are final and binding.

  • No participant is entitled to challenge or contest the judges’ verdict in any form.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain professionalism, discipline, and respect towards organizers, judges, and fellow contestants.

  • Any form of misconduct, cheating, or misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Participants must adhere to the given schedules and guidelines. Repeated delays or absences may lead to elimination.

6. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

  • By participating, contestants grant Voice of Gujarat the right to use their name, image, voice, and performances for promotional and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

  • Any recorded or live performances during the competition shall remain the property of the organizers, and participants cannot claim ownership over the content.

  • Participants are not allowed to record, distribute, or share their performances on other platforms without prior written consent.

7. Prizes & Rewards

  • Prizes, if any, will be awarded based on competition performance and organizers’ discretion.

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or withdraw any prizes due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

8. Liability & Indemnification

  • The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation.

  • Participants assume full responsibility for any personal risks associated with auditions, rehearsals, and performances.

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues or legal constraints.

9. Confidentiality & Fair Play

  • Participants must not disclose any confidential competition details, results, or behind-the-scenes processes without permission.

  • Any attempt to influence the judges or manipulate the competition process will result in immediate disqualification.

10. Amendments & Updates

  • The organizers reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

  • Continued participation in the competition after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
