Refund Policy – Voice of Gujarat

1. No Refund Policy
All registration fees paid for participating in Voice of Gujarat are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge and agree that they will not be eligible for a refund under any condition.
2. Non-Transferability

  • Registration fees cannot be transferred to another participant or adjusted for future events.

  • If a participant fails to attend, is disqualified, or withdraws from the competition for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund or any credit.

3. Event Modifications or Cancellations

  • Voice of Gujarat reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any stage of the competition due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, legal issues, or technical difficulties).

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued. However, the organizers may provide an alternative participation opportunity at their sole discretion.

4. Agreement to Terms
